摘　　要：[目的/意义]对《网络环境中公共图书馆和高校图书馆用户需求实证研究》一书中以图书馆用户需求作为切入点和研究基点分析网络环境中公共图书馆和高校图书馆的用户需求这一特色之处进行评析,以期为读者选择和阅读该书提供一定的参考。[方法/过程]仔细研读该书,并将其与现有同类研究成果进行比较,在归纳概括的基础上,明确该书的特色。[结果/结论]该书具有5大特点,即选题新颖,研究过程科学缜密;调查资料来源广泛,实证研究贯穿始终;案例较丰富,分析深入具体;创新性地提出图书馆用户需求模型和满意模型;研究成果具有较强的学术价值和指导作用。[ Purpose/significance ] Empirical Study on Public and Academic Library Users＇ Demand under Network Circumstances took library users＇ demand as a breakthrough and a research basic point, and analyzed public and academic library users＇ demand under network circumstances. This paper discusses the characteristics of this book in order to help readers to choose and read it. [ Method/process ] By reading this book and comparing it with the existing similar resear- ches, this paper defines its characteristics clearly. [ Result/conclusion] Five characteristics of this book are found： （1） the topic is novel, and research process is scientific and rigorous; （2） the survey data sources are widespread, and the empirical research method is widely used; （3） the case is relatively abundant, and the analysis is detailed and specific; （4） putting forward innovatively the library user requirement model and satisfaction model; （5） research results with strong academic value and guidance.
