摘　　要：[目的/意义]探讨我国台湾地区高校图书馆电子资源规章制度建设的先进理念,为完善大陆地区高校图书馆电子资源规章制度提供参考和借鉴。[方法/过程]依规章制度的内容类别,从馆藏政策、资源采集、读者服务、培训推广和管理规范5个方面总结台湾高校图书馆电子资源规章制度建设的经验。[结果/结论]在制订和完善高校图书馆电子资源规章制度时,应着重制订科学的评估标准;优先采用联盟采购方式;重视知识产权保护;开展电子书阅读器借阅服务。[ Purpose/significance ] This paper aims at exploring advanced ideas on the rules and regulations of the electronic resources in Taiwan ＇ s university libraries so as to provide the reference to the same part of mainland ＇ s universi- ty libraries and help it to be more complete.[ Method/process ] In accordance with the content categories of the rules and regulations, this paper analyzed the library collection policy, resources collection, patron services, training promotion and management practices and concluded experiences from the rules and regulations of the electronic resources in Taiwan＇ s u- niversity libraries. [ Result/conclusion ] In terms of formulating and completing the rules and regulations of the electronic resources in university libraries, we should focus on drawing up scientific assessment standards, prioritize the way of con- sortium purchasing, pay great attention to the protection of intellectual property and develop the lending services of e-book readers.
