摘  要:钻井液流变性的准确分析与流变参数的准确计算一直是钻井水力分析与计算的基础,是提高井底压力计算精度的重要研究内容。基于高温高压流变实验数据,分析了旋转黏度计300 r/min和600 r/min下测量剪切应力随温度、压力的变化规律;进而建立了适用于各转速下高温高压(HTHP)剪切应力的通用预测模型,并给出了HTHP剪切速率预测模型系数的通用求解步骤。最后采用HTHP剪切应力预测模型对墨西哥湾一口实验井的合成基钻井液(屈服假塑性钻井液)进行了分析,同样具有很好的预测效果,表明该模型具有较广泛的适用性,可为高温高压井井底压力计算提供较为准确的HTHP流变参数。Analysing the rheological property of drilling mud and calculating the rheological parameters accurately is always the basis of drilling hydraulic analysis and calculation, which is also the important research part of increasing the accuracy of calculating the downhole pressure. Based on the rheological experimental data under hthp conditions, the change rule of shear stress measured was analysed by the rotary viscosimeter under revolution of 300 r/min and 600 r/min raring with temperature and pressure, so the general model available for shear stress under different revolutions can be established. The general procedures was also presented to get the coefficient of HTHP shearing rate prediction model. Through the verification of using the hthp rheological parameter model applied to the synthetic drilling fluid used in an experimental well of mexico gulf, which provides a great forecast results. This model has a wide range of applicability, providing a more accurate rheological parametersfor the hthp downhole pressure calculation.
