摘  要:介绍了航空发动机性能衰退的原因,重点说明气路性能衰退的机理。目前航空公司已经将发动机水洗作为常用的恢复气路性能的有效措施。从水洗对在翼时间延长角度对水洗的效果进行定量计算,说明水洗能够明显提高EGTM从而延长发动机在翼时间。又以某航空公司CFM56—7B24E型发动机近期的发动机监控平台数据为例,先做异常点剔除,然后做数据平滑处理,最后对EGTM衰退规律做回归分析,估算出水洗延长的在翼循环数,说明水洗效果较为明显,对提高飞行可靠性和经济性有重要意义。The cause of the decline of the aircraft engine performance was introduced, focusing on the mechanism of gas path performance decline. The airline has used engine washing as common effective measures to restore the engine gas path performance. The effect of water washing is quantitatively calculated from the angle of extension of the time on the wing. It shows that water washing can significantly improve the EGTM and thus extend the the time on the wing. The recent monitor data of an airline company's CFM56-TB24E engine were taken as an example. First the abnormal data points were ridded, then the data were smoothed, and finally the regression analysis of the EGTM recession law was made. This way can estimate the flight cycles which is extended, and the water washing effect is obvious, which has important significance to improve the reliability and economy.
