摘  要:中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司S Zorb装置自运行以来,进料换热器E101已出现两次结焦,严重影响了装置的长周期平稳运行。对结焦原因进行了分析,并提出了解决措施:加强进料质量管理,避免进料夹带易沉积组分;罐区冷汽油进催化装置提升管回炼;对抗氧剂加注点进行改造,将原抗氧剂加注点改至汽油去罐区调节阀后,彻底避免抗氧剂返回原料油罐;平稳操作,避免并联换热器偏流;加强检修清焦质量。After the start-up operation of S Zorb unit in SINOPEC Luoyang Company,the feed heat exchanger E101 has experienced coking two times,which has seriously affected the long-term operation of the unit. The causes of coking are analyzed and solutions are recommended: the feedstock quality is strictly controlled to prevent the carry-over of substances which are easy to deposit; The cooled gasoline from tank farm is sent to FCC unit for processing; The injection point of anti-oxygen agent is revamped and the anti-oxygen agent is injected at the downstream of control valve for the gasoline to the tank farm to completely prevent the antioxygen agent from returning to feed oil tank; The stable operation is required to prevent the deflected flow of parallel heat exchangers; The maintenance and decoking operation are strengthened.
