六味五灵片联合恩替卡韦治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨六味五灵片联合恩替卡韦(entecavic,ETV)治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B,CHB)的临床疗效.方法:将117例HBeAg阳性CHB患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组(n=60)和对照组(n=57).对照组口服恩替卡韦0.5 mg,1次/d;研究组在对照组的基础上加服六味五灵片1.5g,3次/d.疗程均为24 wk.比较两组患者治疗前后的临床症状、肝功能血清丙氨酸转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、谷草转氨酶(aspartate transaminase,AST)、总胆红素(total bilirubin,TBIL)、HBV DNA转阴率和HBeAg转阴率情况.结果:治疗24 wk后,研究组患者ALT,AST,TBIL分别为36.4 U/L±6.8 U/L,39.4U/L±8.3 U/L,21.3μmol/L±7.4μmol/L,均明显低于对照54.7 U/L±9.6 U/L,63.1 U/L±7.7 U/L,30.4μmol/L±9.1μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后研究组HBV DNA,HBeAg转阴率均高于对照组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:六味五灵片联合ETV能显著改善HBeAg阳性CHB患者的肝功能,同时降低ALT,AST.AIM：To observe the clinical efficacy of Liuweiwuling tablets combined with entecavir（ETV） in treating HBeAg-positive patients with chronic hepatitis B（CHB）.METHODS：One hundred and seventeen HBeAg-positive patients with CHB were randomly divided into a study group（n =60） and a control group（n= 57）.The control group was given ETV only（0.5 mg/d,orally）,while the study group was additionally given Liuweiwuling tablets（1.5 g,tid,orally） on the basis of ETV.Both groups were treated for 24 wk.Clinical symptoms,liver function[alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,aspartate transaminase（AST）,and total bilirubin（TBIL）]and the negative conversion rates of HBV DNA and HBeAg were compared between the two groups.RESULTS：After 24 wk of treatment,ALT,AST and TBIL were all significantly lower in the observation group（36.4 U/L±6.8 U/L,39.4 U/L±8.3 U/L,21.3μmol/L±7.4 μmol/L）than in the control group（54.7 U/L±9.6 U/L,63.1 U/L±7.7 U/L,30.4μmol/L±9.1 μmol/L,P〈0.05）.The negative conversion rates of both HBV DNA and HBeAg were higher in the study group than in the control group,but the differences between the two groups were not significant（P〉0.05）.CONCLUSION：Liuweiwuling tablets combined with ETV in treating HBeAg-positive patients with CHB can significantly improve the liver function.
