经皮肾脏穿刺检查116例临床病理分析

摘　　要：目的分析经皮肾脏穿刺活检患者的临床、病理结果。方法回顾分析3种引导方法肾脏穿刺的116例患者临床资料:术前临床诊断、病理结果、并发症等。结果肾病综合征42例;慢性肾炎40例;隐匿性肾炎18例等。病理以Ig A肾病、系膜增生性肾炎、膜性肾病居多。结论肾病临床诊断具有不确定性,因此肾脏病理检查已成为目前肾病诊断所必须,选择更优的方法引导穿刺既提高穿刺成功率又降低穿刺风险,使穿刺顺利开展。Objective To analysis clinic and pathology with percutaneous renal biopsy technique. Methods One hundred and sixteen renal biopsies cases with 3 guided means were reviewed by clinic diagnosis and pathology and complications in 20 years. Results There were 42 nephrotic syndromes and 40 chronic nephritis and 18 concealed nephritis etc on clinic diagnosis. Pathology main were IgA nephropathy and mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis and membranous nephropathy etc. Conclusion Nephrotic clinic diagnosis is inadequate. Pathology of renal biopsies is essential at present. A superior to guide percutaneous renal biopsy may improve the achievement ratio and reduce the risk of complications.
