CT尿路造影在先天性肾盂输尿管交界区狭窄中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨CT尿路造影(CTU)对先天性肾盂输尿管交界区狭窄(UPJO)狭窄中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析13例UPJO患者行CT多期扫描后行MPR、CPR、MIP、VR及CTU图像分析。结果 13例患者CTU上肾盂输尿管交界区出现不同程度狭窄,导致不同程度的梗阻及肾积水,肾皮质变薄,肾盂扩大,部分患者显影延迟,最迟肾盂肾盏显影约24 h后。结论 CTU为UJPO可靠的检查方法,并能同时观察肾脏的分泌功能。Objective TO discuss application value of CT urography(CTU)in congenital ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UJPO).Methods Thirteen cases images of congenital UJPO with CTU, Line CT multi phase scan, CT 3D reconstruction of MPR, CPR, MIP, VR.Results Discovered all cases have congenital UJPO of different degrees and hydronephrosis. Finded complication and the other disease in adjacent domains. Observed secretory function of the kidney by means of the developing situation of contrast agent in kidney. We have the following.Conclusion CTU is the best diagnostic method of congenital UJPO. At the same time to observed the secretion function of the kidney.
