共情护理对子宫肌瘤手术后患者睡眠质量与主观幸福感的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨共情护理对子宫肌瘤手术后患者睡眠质量与主观幸福感的影响。方法选择2013年2月至2015年2月间首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院接受手术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者160例。采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各80例。试验组患者在常规护理的基础上应用共情护理,对照组患者给予常规护理。比较两组患者的主观幸福感、睡眠质量和希望水平评分。结果试验组患者正性情感(PA)、正性体验(PE)评分均高于对照组,负性情感(NA)、负性体验(NE)评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数总分及7个方面评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组患者对现实和未来的积极态度、采取积极行动、与他人保持亲密的关系评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在子宫肌瘤手术患者中应用共情护理可以提高患者的主观幸福感、睡眠质量和希望水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of empathy nursing on sleep quality and subjective wellbeing of patients with uterine myoma operation. Methods From February 2013 to February 2015 in Beijing Maternity Hospital,160 uterine fibroids with surgical treatment were enrolled in the study and divided into the experimental group and the control group randomly,80 cases in each group. The patients in the experimental group accepted application empathy on the basis of conventional nursing care and the control group accepted routine care. The subjective well-being,sleep quality and level of hope were compared between the two groups. Results The positive affect（ PA）,positive experience（ PE） scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group and negative affect（ NA）,and the negative experience（ NE）score was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significances（ P〈0. 05）. Pittsburgh sleep quality index score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group; seven aspects of score were lower than those of the control group; the overall sleep quality was better,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Examination in patients with positive attitude towards the reality and the future（ T）,take positive action（ P）,keep close relationship with others（ I） score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Application of empathy nursing in patients with uterine fibroids operation can improve the subjective well-being of patients,sleep quality and level of hope. It is worthy of popularizing in clinical application.
