众创空间创新创业服务平台建设的金融支持体系研究

摘　　要：发展众创空间推进大众创新创业,是实施创新驱动发展战略,适应和引领经济发展新常态,顺应网络时代大众创业、万众创新的新趋势的必然要求。文章通过分析众创空间模式对金融支持模式、金融市场体系和金融服务能力等提出的新需求,结合美国支持大众创业和创新方面形成的宽容失败、政府主导、流动机制和风险投资等方面的有益做法,提出众创模式导向的我国金融支持体系建设应发挥政府资本的放大器功能、发展股权众筹等互联网金融、丰富非银行金融业支持形态、完善区域性的股权交易市场。To develop mass innovation is of great necessary to exert the public innovation and pioneering, as well as to adapt the new normal condition of the economy development and the new trend of the mass entrepreneurship and the public innovation. By the analysis of the new demand on the financial support mode, the financial market system and the financial service capacity exerted by the space of mass creation, combined with the useful experience of the United States of American such as the tolerance of the failure, the government leading, the flow mechanism and the venture investment, the paper presents that the construction of the financial system in China oriented to the space of mass innovation should be strengthened from the perspective of the enlargement of the government financial capital, the development of the intemet financial with all the chips as the representative, the diversity of the non-bank financial sector, the exploration of the financial products matching the mass innovation demand, the improvement of the regional stock options trading market.
