摘　　要：众筹融资是借助互联网平台进行融资的一种创新性行为,为小微企业提供了一条重要的融资手段。众筹融资运作模式主要是项目展示和资金流动,风险主要体现在合法地位缺失的法律风险、网络环境加重的委托代理风险、技术和经营管理风险。文章建议,通过确立众筹的法律地位和建立灵活的投资模式来化解众筹融资风险。The crowd-funding is an innovative behavior with the help of the Internet platform for financing, provides small and micro enterprise with an important means of financing. The operation mode of the crowd-funding includes project exhibition and capital flow, the risks lie in the lack of its legal position, principal-agent, technology and management. This paper puts forward that we should establish the legal position of crowd-funding and flexible mode of investment, so as to ease the risk of crowd-funding.
