摘  要:复合绝缘子的硅橡胶表面在防污闪方面具有优越的性能,但是污秽硅橡胶表面的闪络特性以及机理尚未达到共识。为了研究污秽硅橡胶表面局部电弧的特性.以硅橡胶三角平板模型为研究对象.对其在高压直流电场中的电弧特性进行了研究。研究发现:染污硅橡胶表面局部电弧的伏安特性呈现下降型的趋势,其电弧常数A值为65.7,更接近于空气电离下A=60~80的情况:染污硅橡胶表面局部电弧产生机制与瓷、玻璃表面有本质上的差异,其在较大程度上可能是由空气电离产生;电弧长度不同时,电弧的场强分布及其E-I特性有差异;硅橡胶材质表面电弧特性会因憎水迁移性的变化而发生明显改变.需关注绝缘子表面憎水性迁移情况。从而更准确地指导防污闪措施的实施。Composite insulators have superior performance on prevent flashovers, but there is no agreement reached for silicone rubber surface flashover characteristics and mechanism. In order to study the arc characteristics on the silicone rubber surface, in this paper, silicone rubber plane was taken as the research object, its arc in the arc characteristics under de high voltage electric field were studied. The study found that the volt-ampere characteristic of surface arc on silicon rubber material remains to be descending type, with the arc constant A of 65.7, more close to the situation of air ionization where A =60-80. The propagation mechanism of silicon rubber surface is different from that of porcelain and glass surface in nature, in which more air ionization may take part in. With different arc length, the electric field distribution and the E-I characteristic of the arc are different. The arc characteristic will also change with the hydrophobic of silicon rubber plane. The change of silicone rubber surface hydrophobic should be concerned to better guide the implement of anti-pollution measurements.
