摘  要:我国开展雷击风险评估业务的主要依据为GB/T 21714-2。而在规范中,有些评估参数在实际取值计算时,给出的值不太接近真实情况,科学性不够,影响了评估的精准性。基于最新发布的IEC 62305-2 2010,其中有些参数的取值方法、计算公式发生了改变。本文主要通过matlab数值模拟对雷击建筑物附近引起内部系统故障概率PMS的取值方法及优化进行了一些分析讨论,分析新版本变动的原因及其利弊。本文也通过讨论和数值拟合获得了连续取值的曲线,很好的解决了该问题,使得参数的取值计算更为准确,对防雷评估工作具有较强的实用价值。The main basis for conducting lightning risk assessment business in our coun 21714-2.
