麻赛尔内衣面料的耐洗涤性研究

摘　　要：为探讨麻赛尔针织内衣耐洗涤性能,选用纯麻赛尔纱、麻涤混纺纱、纯棉纱5个不同规格的针织内衣面料,测试其在标准洗涤前后尺寸稳定性、扭曲性等外观性能和透湿性、透气性、刚柔性等服用性能指标变化,采用模糊综合评判法分析样品的耐洗涤性能的优劣。结果表明:麻赛尔针织内衣面料的耐洗涤性最好,麻涤面料次之,棉针织内衣面料最差。认为:采用模糊综合评判的方法对织物耐洗涤性能进行评价,可减少试验结果评判的主观性,使得试验结果更加科学、客观、合理。In order to investigate the washing durability of Jutecell knitted underwear, five different knitted underwear fabrics including pure Jutecell yarn,hemp polyester blended yarn and pure cotton yarn were selected. The indexes changes including appearance properties like dimensional stability, warping property and so on and wearability properties like moisture penetrability, air permeability, stiffness and flexibility and so on before and af- ter standard washing of the above fabrics were tested. The advantages and disadvantages of washing durability for samples were analyzed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The test results show that the wash durability of Jutecell knitted underwear fabric is the best,hemp polyester blended fabric is the next and pure cotton knitted underwear fabric is the worst. It is considered that subjectivity during judgement of test results can be reduced by adopting fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the washing durability of fabric. It makes the test re- sults more scientific,objective and reasonable.
