摘　　要：探讨C70型梳棉机的主要技术性能特点及应用体会。介绍了C70型梳棉机的主要技术特点,在配用100%新疆长绒棉的条件下纺制细特纱,通过工艺试验分析对比,优化刺辊与锡林速度配置,合理控制机台单产和落棉率,使该梳棉机性能发挥较为理想。认为:应根据机台性能特点,合理配置有关工艺;在纺长绒棉时,要根据纺纱实际情况,适当缩短刺辊、锡林、盖板和固定分梳件的更换周期,以保证梳棉机实现优质高效的目标。Main technology characteristics and application experience of C70 carding machine were discussed. Main technology characteristics of C70 carding machine were introduced. Super fine yarn was spun by 100＆ Xin- jiang long stapled cotton. By processing experimental analyses and comparisons,speed configurations of licker-in and cylinder were optimized. Output per unit and noil percentage were reasonably controlled so that the usage effect of carding machine can be taken ideally. It is considered that relative processing should be reasonably con- figured based on machine characteristics. When spinning long stapled cotton, the change period of licker-in, cylin- der,flat and fixed carding components should be suitably reduced to ensure the aim achievement of higher quality and higher efficiency of carding machine.
