聚酰胺酯纤维的性能特点及应用

摘　　要：介绍聚酰胺酯纤维的性能特点及应用领域。分析了聚酰胺酯纤维的特征指标和主要质量指标,通过对比分析聚酰胺酯纤维和涤纶面料的弯曲刚度、抗起球性,上色性能和芯吸高度,指出,聚酰胺酯纤维面料柔软舒适,抗起球性、吸湿快干性等综合性能优于棉和涤纶,常压染色的上色率高,色牢度好;聚酰胺酯纤维的纺纱工艺要相对温和,染整要选择合理的工艺流程,控制好染浴pH值和温度。认为:聚酰胺酯纤维面料在针织、机织领域服用性上有较大的优势。Property and application of polyesteramide fiber were introduced. Characteristic indexes and main quality indexes of polyesteramide fiber were analyzed. By comparison and analyses of bending rigidity,pilling re- sistance,dyeing property and wicking height of polyesteramide fiber and polyester fabric,it is pointed out that polyesteramide fabric is soft and comfort. Its comprehensive properties like pilling resistance,absorption ~＇ quick dry proerpty and so on are better than that of cotton and polyester. Moreover,its dyeing degree at normal pressure is higher with better color fastness. Spinning process of polyesteramide fiber is relative gentle. Reasonable process should be selected in dyeing and finishing process. The pH value and temperature of dyeing bath should be well controlled. It is considered polyesteramide fabric has better wearability superiority in knitting and weaving fields.
