摘　　要：阐述全球有机纺织品标准4.0对有机纺织品和服装的生产各个阶段加工过程的新要求。详细解析了全球有机纺织品标准4.0的内容,并与全球有机纺织品标准3.0内容作以对比,总结了两者的变化。指出:纺织服装加工和贸易企业在执行全球有机纺织品标准4.0时需注意的问题,并给出了合理建议。认为:全球有机纺织品标准4.0更符合有机纺织品实际情况,纺织服装企业应认真学习和领会,正确执行,降低因各生产阶段以及最终产品禁用物质限量要求不合格带来的风险。New requirements of Global Organic Textile Standard4.0to each processing of organic textiles and garments were explained. The contents of GOTS 4.0 were analyzed in detail and compared with GOTS 3.0. The changes of the two standard version were summarized. The problems which needed to be noticed when textile gar- ment producing and trading enterprises were following GOTS 4.0 were pointed out. Reasonable suggestions were put forward. It is considered that new standard is much more fit the practical situation of organic textiles. Textile and garment enterprises should learn and understand the new standard carefully. They should carry out the new standard correctly. Moreover,the risk which is brought because each processing and end products fail to meet the restrict substances limitation should be reduced.
