抗银屑病新型药物C34凝胶剂的处方研究

摘　　要：目的筛选抗银屑病新型药物C34凝胶剂的处方。方法用5种不同配方的凝胶基质制备C34凝胶剂,考察其稳定性,并测定体外释放度,筛选最优基质处方。结果 5种基质制备的凝胶剂的外观、涂展性等均无明显变化。最优基质为:1%卡波姆974、10%1,2-丙二醇、2%三乙醇胺及5%甘油。结论用优选出的处方制备的凝胶剂具有良好的体外释放度。OBJECTIVE To optimize the gel formulations of a novel anti - psoriasis drug C34. METHODS C34 gel was prepared by five different prescription. The stability of five gel bases were investigated. The in vitro releasing degree of gel formulations was meas- ured,and screened the optimal formulation. RESULTS There were no marked changes in the spread and appearance. The C34 gel prepared with the gel base of 1% carbopol 974, 10% 1,2 - propylene glycol, 2% triethanolamine and 5% glycerin） showed a good release in vitro. CONCLUSION The C34 gel prepared by the optimal formulation has good release property.
