摘　　要：《诊断学》心电图部分关于心脏电位强度与探查电极方向关系的示意图已经沿用十余年,但多数教师并不理解其构图原理,因此有必要详细阐述其构图原理以供教师参考。同时对其中的错误之处予以纠正,提出修改意见。A schematic diagram in Diagnosis （a Chinese textbook for medical colleges）, which explains the relationship between cardio-action potential strength and direction of exploring electrode, has been used for more than ten years. Most teachers do not understand the principles of its composition. It is necessary to detail its composition principles for teachers＇ reference. Meanwhile, we correct some errors in it and propose amendments.
