国外图书馆特色数据库众包模式建设调查分析

摘　　要：众包作为一种全新的工作模式,在国外已经有很多成功的案例。文章阐述了众包的含义,并从数据库建设的前期、中期、后期3个阶段分别介绍了国外图书馆众包理论的具体应用,最后总结了国外众包项目的成功经验和启示,即选择合适的众包内容、选择合适的众包平台和制定恰当的激励机制,以期为国内特色数据库建设提供参考。As a new working model, crowdsourcing has created many successful cases in foreign libraries. Firstly, this article analyzes the conno- tation of crowdsourcing. Secondly, it introduces the specific applications of crowdsourcing in the early, middle and late construction of characteristic database in foreign libraries. Finally, it sums the successful experience and revelations of these projects, such as selecting appropriate content of crowdsourcing, selecting appropriate platform of crowdsourcing and making the appropriate incentives. These will provide reference and theoretical direction for characteristic database.
