摘　　要：文章针对新书出版量逐年攀升给中文图书选择带来的困难;招投标制度下因"道德风险"和"逆向选择"致使采访工作出现质量瑕疵;现有的馆藏评价方法对采访过程中质量问题修正的及时性和针对性效果不佳等问题,将全面质量管理中的PDCA循环理论引入中文图书采访工作中,构建了基于PDCA的质量管理流程。实现了对中文图书采访实时全过程的质量控制,对构建实用性和价值性兼顾的馆藏体系具有重要意义。This paper focuses on the difficulties in the books selection with the rise of the new books publishing, the quality problems caused by ＂moral risk＂ and ＂adverse selection＂ in current bidding system, and the correction pertinence and timeliness problems of book acquisition in the existing collection evaluation system. It puts forward that the library should put PDCA cycle theory into Chinese books acquisition and construct a quality man- agement process based on PDCA cycle. That will realize the total quality control of the Chinese books acquisition, and it has great significance to build- ing the practical and valuable collection system.
