摘 要:为研究生理盐水润滑条件下碳酸钙晶须含量、载荷大小、滑动速度因素对PEEK/CaCO_3复合材料摩擦学性能的影响规律,并考察复合材料的摩擦学稳定性,在自制改性偶联剂处理晶须表面的基础上制备了PEEK/CaCO_3复合材料,利用MM-W1A立式万能摩擦磨损试验机对复合材料的摩擦学性能进行测试,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对磨损表面形貌进行扫描分析表征。结果表明,晶须含量对复合材料摩擦学性能影响明显,在0.9%的生理盐水润滑条件下PEEK/CaCO_3复合材料随着晶须含量的增加,摩擦因数及比磨损率均呈现先减小后增大现象;当晶须质量分数为15%左右时,复合材料的摩擦因数达到最低值,同时比磨损量相对最低,复合材料与摩擦副的磨合过程相对平稳,具有较好的摩擦学性能,表现为粘着-腐蚀磨损特征。外加载荷、滑动速度增大,材料的摩擦因数增大,比磨损率增加。The content of CaCO3 whisker, loads and sliding velocity effect laws on the tribological properties of PEEK/ CaCO3 composites were discussed under physiological saline lubrication conditions. The stability of tribology of the com- posites was also investigated. The PEEK composites reinforced with CaCO3 whisker modified with the homemade cou- pling agent were prepared. The MM-WIA vertical universal friction and wear testing machine was used to test the tribo- logical properties of the composites. And SEM was used for the wear surface morphology characterization. The experi- mental results show that the whisker content obviously impacts the tribological performance of the composites and the friction coefficient and wear rate of the PEEK/CaCO3 composite materials first decreases and then increases with the in- crease of whisker content under 0.9% physiological saline lubrication conditions. The friction coefficient and the wear rate of composites increases along with the increase of loads and sliding velocity. The composite with the whisker content 15%wt is in the better tribological properties within the lowest friction factor and the minimum wear amount compared with the same prepared PEEK materials. The friction process of the composite material to friction pair is in a relatively stable state and a better tribological property. The wear mechanism is of the gelling-corrosion wear characteristics.
