摘  要:依据印度泰米尔纳德邦蚕茧市场蚕茧检测中心2009—2013年对生丝各项品质指标的测试数据,比较分析采用不同缫丝机缫制生丝对生丝品质的影响。采用立缫机缫制生丝的品质优于采用传统缫丝机缫制生丝的品质,用传统缫丝机缫制的生丝,其切断、纤度偏差和纤度最大偏差均显著大于用立缫机缫制的生丝。统计分析结果还显示,用2种缫丝机缫制生丝的品质在过去的5年中均有明显提高,如2013年缫制生丝的切断和纤度最大偏差2项指标与2009年缫制的生丝相比均显著改善,这得益于缫丝工的熟练操作技能。The raw silk testing data generated from 2009 to 2013 in the Silk Conditioning and Testing House (SCTH) established in the premises of Government Silk Exchange, Kanchipuram were statistically analyzed to compare the influence of different silk reeling machines on the quality of raw silk. It is found that the raw silk produced on the multiend silk reeling machine is far superior when compared to the raw silk produced on the traditional reeling device namely the cottage basin. The winding break, size deviation and maximum size deviation of raw silk produced on cottage basin found to be consistently inferior when compared to the raw silk produced on multiend silk reeling machine. Also, statistical analysis indicated that the quality of raw silk produced on the two types of reeling machines was obviously improved in the past 5 years. For example, the quatity of raw silk produced during 2013, in-terms of winding break and maximum size deviation, has in-creased siqnificantlv when compared to the raw silk produced during 2009. The reason is attributable to the skilled workers.
