摘　　要：目的对2012年1月1日-2013年12月31日连云港市应用信息化管理手段预防乙肝母婴传播工作情况进行总结,为完善工作策略提供依据。方法通过连云港市妇幼信息综合管理平台系统的全程动态监测,按不同年度和不同地区,分析乙肝表面抗原阳性孕产妇及其所生新生儿乙肝母婴阻断情况及各级机构乙肝免疫球蛋白管理情况。结果 2012-2013年连云港市孕产妇乙肝表面抗原阳性发生率为4.74%,城市和农村发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);新生儿免费接受阻断率为99.88%;新生儿出生后24 h内乙肝免疫球蛋白免费注射率为99.54%,年度间和地区间新生儿接受注射时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙肝免疫球蛋白损耗率为0.79%。结论将信息化管理手段应用在预防乙肝母婴传播工作中明显提升了监督管理水平和工作效率,提高了服务质量,促进了政府政策的有效落实。Objective To summarize the preventive effect of information management means on mother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B virus （HBV） in Lianyungang city from January 1st, 2012 to December 31st, 2013. Methods Through the whole-process dynamic monitoring of Liangyungang maternal and child information integrated management platform, block condition of mother-to-child trans- mission of HBV among the pregnant women with positive hepatitis B surface antigen and the neonates born by them, hepatitis B immunoglobulin management in medical institutions at all levels in different years and areas were analyzed. Results From 2012 to 2013, the positive incidence rate of hepatitis B surface antigen among pregnant women in Lianyungang city was 4. 74% , there was statistically significant differ- ence between urban area and rural area （ P〈0. 05 ） ; the blocking rate among neonates was 99.88% ; the free injection rate of hepatitis B immunoglobulin among the neonates within 24 hours after birth was 99.54% , there were statistically significant differences among different years and areas （ P〈0. 05 ） ; the loss rate of hepatitis B immunoglobulin was 0. 79%. Conclusion Information management used for preventing mother-to-child transmission of HBV significantly improves supervisinn and management level, work efficiency, and service quality and promotes effective implementation of government policy.
