摘 要:以马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)为改性剂,采用挤出成型方法制备聚丙烯(PP)/小麦秸杆(WS)塑木复合材料,并通过电子万能试验机、冲击强度试验机、转矩流变仪和热重分析仪(TG)等研究了PP-g-MAH对复合材料的力学性能、流变性能和热性能等的影响。结果表明:PP/WS复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度随PP-g-MAH含量的增加而增大;冲击强度和起始分解温度的变化趋势都是先增大后减小,当PP-g-MAH的质量分数为20%时,复合材料的冲击强度最大,热稳定性最好;当PP-g-MAH的含量逐渐增加时,平衡扭矩值上下波动且范围很小;吸水率的变化趋势是先降低后升高,在PP-gMAH质量分数为20%时达到最小值。Using PP-g-MAH as modifier, the polypropylene (PP)/wheat straw (WS) composites were prepared by extrusion molding. The effects of the modifier on the performances of the composites were investigated by electronic universal testing machine, impact strength tester, torque rheometer and thermo-gravimetric analyzer (TG). The results showed that when PP-g-MAH replaced PP gradually, the tensile strength and bending strength of the composites increased,and the impact strength and initial decomposition temperature of the composites increased first and then decreased. When the mass ratio of PP-E-MAH was 20%, these performances were best. The values of balance torque moved around in a small scope with the increase of the content of PP-g-MAH . Water absorption of the composites decreased first and then increased, and when the amount of PP-g-MAH was 20%, the water absorption was the smallest.
