摘 要:根据铁路轨枕套管尼龙要求,制备了玻纤增强尼龙(PA66)复合材料,考察了基料、增韧剂、挤出工艺对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:PA66黏度越大,玻纤增强PA66复合材料的力学性能越好;选用POE-g-MAH作为增韧剂玻纤增强PA66复合材料的性价比最佳;当增韧剂质量分数为2.5%时,复合材料力学性能最佳,达到了铁路轨枕套管尼龙的要求;在同种螺杆排布情况,采用高温低转速挤出工艺,可以最大程度的保留复合材料中的玻纤长度,复合材料的力学性能更稳定。According to the requirements of the nylon casing tube of the railway sleeper, the glass fiber reinforced PA66 composites were prepared, and the effects of the base material, toughening agent, extrusion process on the mechanical properties of the com- posite were studied. The results show that, the higher the viscosity of PA66, the better the mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced PA66, and price performance is best with POE-g-MAH. When the toughening agent content is 2.5%, the mechanical properties of the composite materials are best and meet the requirements of the nylon casing tube of railway sleeper. With the same screw arrangement at high temperature and low speed extrusion process, the longest glass fiber can be obtained, and the mechanical properties of the composite is more stable.
