摘 要:以2种不同结构的季膦盐和十四烷基三甲基溴化铵为插层剂,采用溶液法获得有机蒙脱土(OMMT),并通过熔融共混法制备了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/OMMT纳米复合材料。表征了改性OMMT的结构及其在PET基体中的分散状态,研究了纳米复合材料的结晶性能和动态力学性能。结果表明,乙基三苯基膦改性的OMMT在PET纳米复合材料中分散相对较好,并以插层结构为主;改性纳米OMMT在PET基体中均能起到异向成核的作用,促进PET结晶,但PET/乙基三苯基膦改性OMMT纳米复合材料具有相对较低的结晶速率和最大的结晶度;添加纳米OMMT能提高材料的储能模量,但有机插层剂对PET纳米复合材料储能模量的影响并不明显。Two different structures of quaternary phosphonium salt and ammonium salt were selected as intercalation agents. The OMMT were obtained by solution method and the eorre sponding PET/OMMT nanoeomposites were obtained by melt blending. The structures of OMMT and PET/OMMT nanocomposites were characterized. The crystallization and dynamic mechanical properties were studied. The results indicate that OMMT modified by ethyl-triphenyl phosphine has a better dispersion in the PET nanoeomposites, and it mainly shows intercalated structure. The addition of modified OMMT can be the heterogeneous nucleating agent for crystallization of PET chains, and the nanocomposites modified by ethyl-triphenyl phosphine has the lowest crystallization rate and the highest crystallinity. Moreover, the addition of OMMT can improve the storage modulus of all nanoeomposites, but the effect of different intercalation agents on the storage modulus is not obvious.
