摘 要:永磁机构真空断路器是一种新型开关设备,由于具有结构简单、可靠性高等优点,近年来受到科研机构和生产单位的广泛关注。文中选用永磁真空柱上重合器作为研究对象,从设计、试验及标准等方面,对永磁机构提出了新的要求,提出了永磁机构的供电电源电容器"门槛"电压的概念,并定义线圈通流时间为"脉宽",论证了采用"动脉宽"和"定脉宽"两者相结合的方式,可使永磁机构合闸更可靠。规定了永磁机构电容器的能量必须满足的要求,针对重合器3合4分的操作顺序,提出了采用多组电容分级投入的方式,很好地解决了电容器的容量问题。利用有限元的方法仿真分析了永磁机构磁场等,为永磁机构断路器的产品优化及可靠性设计提供了依据,最后制订了专门的考核方法并对产品进行了试验验证。仿真和试验结果验证了优化设计方法的可行性,提高了断路器的可靠性。The vacuum circuit breaker with permanent magnetic actuator is a new type of switching equipment with simple structure and high reliability. This study takes the recloser on permanent magnet vacuum column as the research object to put forward new requirements for the permanent magnet mechanism in terms of design, test and standard. The concept of threshold voltage of the power supply capacitor is proposed for the permanent magnet mechanism, and the coil's discharge current time is defined as "pulse width". It is proved that the combination of "dynamic pulse width" and "static pulse width" can improve the reliability of close control of the permanent magnet actuator. The energy requirements for the permanent magnetic actuator are presented. For the recloser's operating sequence of"3 times of opening and 4 times of closing", the graded switching mode of multiple capacitor groups is adopted to perfectly solve the capacity problem of capacitor. Simulation of magnetic field of the permanent magnetic actuator is performed with finite element method to provide a basis for product optimization and reliability design, and a specific assessment method is offered for product testing verification. Simulation and test results verify that the optimization design method can improve reliability of the circuit breakers.
