摘　　要：为使工程项目质量管理系统化和标准化,使质量管理更有效率,本文通过结合质量管理的八项原则和质量管理的基础性工作来搭建质量管理基础框架,并通过质量管理基础框架在电力工程施工阶段中的应用证明该框架的可行性、有效性。In order to make the engineering project quality management systematic, standardized and more efficient, this paper build a basic framework for quality management which is combined the eight terms principle of quality management and the basic work of quality management. And using the basic frame of quality management in the power engineering construction stage to prove the feasibility and validity of the frame.
