摘　　要：安全保卫工作是医院管理工作的重要组成部分之一,在维护医院工作秩序、保障国家财产和患者、医务人员生命财产安全方面起着重要作用。因此,通过构建一套"以人为本、以信息化为支撑"的安全保卫网格化管理体系,实现医院安全保卫工作的信息化、精细化管理,是医院安全保卫工作的一种创新。Security work is an important component of the hospital management system. A sound and effective security system plays a crucial role in maintaining normal operation of the hospital, ensuring the safety of patients and hospital staff, and safeguarding state assets. By building a ＂people-oriented, information-supported＂ grid security management system according to the specific circumstances of our hospital, we achieved the informatization andspecification of security management. Such grid management system could be referred as an innovation in this area by changing the traditional hospital security systems and making the security work more refined, comprehensive and cost-effective.
