摘　　要：大量研究发现结石形成过程与炎症有关。尿液中的草酸、草酸钙晶体等成分引起上皮损伤导致炎症发生,在草酸钙结石形成中可能起重要的作用。本文综述与结石形成相关的一些炎性细胞和炎性因子的研究进展,并提出存在的一些问题和进一步的研究方向。A large number of research findings suggest that the stone formation is associated with inflammation. The inflammation results from epithelial injuries caused by oxalate and calcium oxalate crystals, which may play a significant role in the formation of calcium oxalate stones. This study summarizes the progress of the stonerelated inflammatory cells and some inflammatory cytokines, Also, some existing problems are put forward and directions for further study are discussed.
