摘 要:混凝土的升温速率对其抗火性能具有重要影响,以SiO_2封装聚乙二醇的固-固相变储能材料部分代替混凝土的细骨料制备了聚乙二醇相变储能混凝土,采用DSC法研究了相变储能材料的添加量对混凝土储能密度的影响,进而采用有限元法研究了混凝土储能密度对其升温速率的影响。结果表明:混凝土的储能密度随着相变材料添加量的增加而增大;随着混凝土储能密度的增大,其内部的升温速率呈明显递减趋势。The heating rate of concrete has an important influence on its fire resistance. Phase-changing energy-storage con- crete with polyethylene glycol (PEG) was prepared by means of the fine aggregate of concrete substituted by PEG encapsulated by SiO2 (PEG/SiO2 phase change material). The effect of PEG/SiO2 phase change material on the energy-storage density of phase- changing energy-storage concrete was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Furthermore the effect of energy-storage density of phase-changing energy-storage concrete on its heating rate was measured by the finite element analysis method. The results showed that energy-storage density of phase-changing energy-storage concrete increased with the adding amount of PEG/SiO2 phase change materlal,while its heating-rate showed an obvious decreasing trend with adding amount of. phase change materials.
