阻燃立面型单组分聚氨酯防水涂料的研制及性能研究

摘　　要：采用阻燃聚醚多元醇、普通聚醚多元醇、增塑剂、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、阻聚剂、化学增稠剂、消泡剂、催化剂、润湿分散剂和颜填料等,制备一种阻燃立面型单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,研究阻燃聚醚多元醇、阻聚剂和化学增稠剂及其用量对涂料性能的影响。结果表明,当阻燃聚醚多元醇用量为30份、阻聚剂用量为0.6份、化学增稠剂用量为15份时,制备的防水涂料性能最佳。One flame retardant and facade type single component polyurethane waterproof coating was fabricated by flame retardant polyether polyol, polyether polyol,plastieizer, diphenyl methane diisocyanate （MDI）,inhibitor, thickening agent,defoaming agent,catalyst,wetting and dispersion agent,pigments and fillers, and so on. The effect of flame retardant polyether polyol, inhibitor and thickening agent and their dosage on the performances of coating was studied. Researches show that the properties of the coating are the best when the amounts of flame retardant polyether polyol,inhibitor and thickening agent are 30,0.6 and 15 parts.
