摘 要:以某钢厂六流T型中间包为研究对象,根据相似原理建立了1∶4的物理模型,模型从优化挡墙上导流孔的角度研究了中间包内流动特性的改变。实验结果表明:上导流孔倾角15°,下导流孔倾角25°的B2方案控流装置能获得相对较优的结果;采用优化后的控流装置,总体的死区比例从原型的22.24%降为15.75%,钢液能得到更为充分的混匀;各流平均停留时间的标准差从原型方案的37.92 s降低到31.29 s,各流一致性也得到了改善。A six-strand T type tundish was studied using water modeling based on similarity principles. The 1 : 4 physical model was built to study the influence of different angles of holes on the retaining wall on the flowing of the steel in the tundish. The results show that the design B2, in which the upper hole has an angle of 15°and the lower hole has an angle of 25°, is better. When the optimized flow control device was equipped, the proportion of dead zone go down from 22.24% to 15.75% which means that the molten steel could mix well; the standard deviation of the average residence time of the steels in different strands decrease from 37.92s to 31.29s, which inferred that the consistency among all strands was also improved.
