大粒径低品位氧化锌矿的氨性浸出行为研究

摘  要:在NH_3-(NH_4)_2SO_4-H_2O溶液体系中,采用搅拌方法浸出大粒径高碱性脉石型低品位氧化锌矿,考察了不同的矿样粒度、浸出时间、氨浓度、反应温度、液固比和搅拌速度对大粒径氧化锌矿浸出效果的影响。结果表明:在矿物粒度为12-24目条件下,采用总氨6 mol/L的溶液,浸出60 min,锌的浸出率可达到70%;当总氨浓度为8 mol/L时,浸出150 min,锌的浸出率可达到90%左右。The leaching behaviors of the large particle size low grade zinc oxide ores with high alkaline gangues in agitated NH3-(NH4):SO4 system were investigated. The effects of the grain size, leaching time, ammonia concentration, temperature, liquid to solid ratio and stirring rate on leaching behaviors were discussed. The results indicate that when the particle size is around 12-24 mesh, the zinc leaching rate reach 70 % by soaking for 60 minutes in the solution with total ammonia concentration of 6 mol/L, and the rate can reach 90 % for 150 minutes with total ammonia concentration of 8 mol/L.
