摘　　要：在介绍《图书馆参考咨询服务规范》行业标准编制基本情况的基础上,重点阐述该规范编制的若干特点,包括:国际化与本地化相结合,传统服务与数字服务有机融合,体现开放性、包容性、可扩展性等九个方面。In this paper, the basic situation of the formulation of The Specifications for Library Reference Service is briefly introduced. On this basis, some of the characteristics of the specifications are expounded, including： a combination of internationalization and localization, an integration of traditional services and digital services, reflecting openness, inclusiveness and scalability, and so on. 3 refs.
