摘 要:以广州图书馆读写困难症儿童服务为例,对广州图书馆促进读写困难症的社会认知程度、丰富相关馆藏资源和开办学习班等服务项目进行分析,提出加强与高校、教育部门、社会工作机构、家长和媒体的合作是广州图书馆成功开展读写困难症儿童服务的关键因素。公共图书馆开展读写困难症儿童服务在专业辅导资源(教材)、专业服务人员和社会认知等方面存在较大的欠缺,因此,在推行服务过程中,需要不断创新服务方式,加大服务宣传,提高服务的专业性,积极争取与教育部门和专业特殊教育机构的合作。Taking the serviees for dyslexic children in Guangzhou Library as an example, the activities designed for dyslexic children are analyzed, such as strengthening people' s understanding on dyslexia, taking more collection resources to dyslexic children and starting learning classes for dyslexic children. The article has summarized that, making cooperation with universities, local primary and secondary education departments, soeial work agencies, parents and media is the key factor for Guangzhou Library in serving for dyslexic children. However, the lacking in professional counseling resources (materials)and professional librarians for dyslexic children' s learning, and the lack of social consciousness for dyslexia are the great obstacles to conducting services for dyslexic children in public libraries. The public libraries must innovate the service' s mode, strengthen the promotion, improve the skills of services, and work with education departments or protessional special education institutions. 4 refs.
