摘 要:为了解安徽地区猪传染性胸膜肺炎(PCP)的流行情况,本研究采用ApxIV-ELISA试剂盒对1 288份猪血清样品中胸膜肺炎放线杆菌(APP)感染抗体进行检测,并采用PCR方法对573份母猪鼻腔棉拭子样品和92份屠宰生猪肺脏样品的APP核酸检测。结果显示,APP感染抗体总阳性率为26.40%,母猪/后备母猪/公猪APP感染抗体阳性率(45.47%)高于哺乳仔猪(28.02%)、保育猪(6.16%)、育肥猪(7.20%);夏季(41.42%)高于春季(29.75%)、秋季(26.35%)、冬季(19.26%);淮北地区(30.73%)和江淮地区(28.57%)高于皖南地区(13.77%);中型猪场(47.16%)高于大型猪场(19.28%)和小型猪场及散养户(23.15%);屠宰生猪肺脏样品APP核酸阳性率(11.96%)高于母猪鼻腔棉拭子(1.92%)。ELISA试剂盒与PCR同步检测的符合率为49.77%。表明PCP在安徽地区普遍存在,为引起猪呼吸道疾病综合征的主要原因之一。本研究结果为PCP的有效防控提供了现地调查依据。To investigate the prevalence of porcine contagious pleuropneumonia in Anhui area, the different clinical samples were collected from swine farms and subjected to the antibody detections of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, including 1,288 serum samples detected by ApxIV-ELISA, 573 nose swabs from sows and 92 pig lung tissues from slaughterhouses detected by PCR. The results indicated the infectious rate of A.pleuropneumoniae in all detected pig samples were about 26.40%, of which the sows/the replacements/boars totally were up to 45.47%, more than the rate of suckling piglets (28.02%), nursery pigs (6.16%), fattening pigs (7.20%); This disease seems to be more prevalent in summer than other seasons, the rate of which were 41.42% in summer, 29.75% in spring and 26.35% in autumn, respectively. It had the lowest prevalence rate in the cold season, just about 19.26% in winter. From the regional point of view, the most prevalent rate occured in Northern Huaihe area (30.73%), followed by Jianghuai region (28.57%), the lowest in southern Anhui (13.77%); It also was found that the less prevalent rate occured in industrialized pig farm (19.28%) than small-scale pig farms (23.15%) and scattering raising-households (47.16%). In according to PCR test, the lungs were inclined to be invaded by A.pleuropneumoniae than the nasal cavity. The coincidence rate between ELISA and PCR reached to 49,77%. In conclusion, these data reveal the A.pleuropneumoniae is very common in Anhui area and provide some basic information for further prevention and control of A.pleuropneumoniae.
