摘  要:知识管理以知识为管理对象,目的是提高知识资源的使用价值。高校协同创新的关键在于不同主体之间能够有效地进行知识转移、传递、共享和创新。因此,基于知识管理视角,可将高校协同创新主体间的知识加工过程分为知识采集、知识共享和知识创新3个阶段,并构建了高校协同创新的知识管理SSI模型。通过分析高校协同创新主体间知识管理过程,探索高校协同创新运行机制。Knowledge management is a new management concept which aims to improve the knowledge resources value. The key of collaborative innovation is the ability to effectively carry out the transference, communication, sharing and innovation among parties concerned. This paper adopts the perspective of knowledge management and divides the main innovation collaboration between universities into the processes of knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation, and endeavors to build an SSI model in knowledge management for collaborative innovation between universities. By studying the knowledge management process in the collaborative innovation between universities, it tries to explore for a better model for collaborative innovation operation.
