摘 要:以39所"985工程"高校为研究对象,运用科学计量学方法,对其1997~2013年间发表的校企合著SCIE论文从论文规模、合作强度与国际影响力等方面进行了综合评价与国内外比较研究,分析探讨了产学研合作在我国高校基础研究领域的基本特征及其发展趋势。结果表明,高校基础研究领域的产学研合作已获得了快速的发展,但在合作创新成果及学术影响力方面,我国高校基础研究领域的产学研合作仍处于重数量轻质量的发展阶段。与世界前350所研究型大学相对比,我国高校基础研究领域的产学研合作规模、强度及国际合作度都均低于世界平均水平。This paper studied university-industry co-authored SCIE papers of 39 985-Project universities from 1997 to 2013 and compared them with that of universities from home and abroad through metrological methods from the aspects of size, strength of cooperation, international influence, and so on. Then it analyzed the basic features and development trend of industry-university-institute cooperation in the basic research field of Chinese universities. The results showed that the industry-university-institute cooperation in the field of basic research in colleges and universities has gained rapid development but it is still on the stage of focusing more on quantity than on quality according to the academic influence and the achievements of cooperative innovation. Compared with the top 350 research universities in the world, the scale, strength and degree of international cooperation of industry-university- institute cooperation in the basic research filed of Chinese colleges are also lower than the average level in the world.
