摘 要:采用3因素二次通用旋转组合设计方法,探讨外源24-表油菜素内酯、种植密度、2,4-D丁酯对张杂谷5号光合特性与产量的影响。结果表明,单因素种植密度、2,4-D丁酯用量对叶绿素含量、净光合速率、叶面积指数和产量有显著影响;单因素24-表油菜素内酯对叶绿素含量和产量有显著影响。在所研究的3个因素中,24-表油菜素内酯和2,4-D丁酯的交互作用对4个指标均有显著影响;24-表油菜素内酯和种植密度的相互作用显著影响叶面积指数和产量。此3因素与产量间回归关系极显著,可用于实际生产预测。使张杂谷5号产量达最大的农艺方案为:24-表油菜素内酯浓度0.127mg/L,种植密度为33.1万株/hm^2,施2,4-D丁酯736.5mL/hm^2,预期产量为6629kg/hm^2。To investigate the effects of brassinolide, density and 2,4-D on photosynthetic characteristics and yield of Zhangzagu 5, an experiment based on quadratic general rotary unitized design with 3 replications was conducted. The levels of density and 2,4-D all have significant effects on leaf area index, net photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll contents, and yield of millet. The brassinolide level has great effects on chlorophyll contents and yield. The interac- tions between brassinolide and 2,4-D level showed significant effects on leaf area index, net photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll contents, and yield of millet, and the interactions between the brassinolide level and plant density showed great effects on leaf area index and yield. The interaction effects of other factors on photosynthetic character- istics and yield are not obvious. Multivariate quadratic regression analysis indicated that the regression relationship between the levels of brassinolide, density, 2,4-D and the yield of Zhangzagu 5, can be used for production fore- casts. Here is the recommended cultivation conditions for Zhangzagu 5 : 0. 127mg/L for brassinolide, 33. 1 × 10^4 plants/hm2 for density,736.5mL/hm2 for 2,4-D, and the expected yield was 6 629kg/hm2.
