辽宁省2010—2014年孕产妇人群艾滋病哨点监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解辽宁省孕产妇人群HIV、梅毒、HCV感染状况及一般人口学特征、高危行为等变化趋势。方法对2010—2014年连续开展监测的15个孕产妇哨点以重复横断面调查方法进行问卷调查并采血。结果2010—2014年连续开展监测的15个孕产妇哨点中,监测对象一般人口学数据无明显变化;部分孕产妇自报有吸毒行为,但比例维持在较低水平;艾滋病知识知晓率逐年上升,从2010年的77.0%上升到2014年的92.9%,趋势检验P<0.001;5年间,只在2011年和2012年各检出1例HIV抗体阳性者;梅毒抗体阳性率逐年上升,从2010年的0.37%上升到2014年的0.52%,趋势检验P<0.05;HCV抗体阳性率无明显变化,波动在0.15%~0.42%,趋势检验P>0.05。结论辽宁省孕产妇人群HIV抗体阳性率一直维持在低水平,但梅毒抗体阳性率有所上升。Objective To explore time trends of infection and behavior change related to human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome （ H/V/AIDS ）, syphilis, and hepatitis C virus （HCV） among pregnant women in Liaoning province. Methods Cross-sectional surveys,including questionnaire survey and venous blood specimen tes- ting,were conducted among pregnant women in 15 sentinel AIDS surveillance sites from 2010 to 2014. Results For the pregnant women surveyed during the period, the demographic distribution was not significantly changed; some of the pregnant women reported drug using history ,but the prevalence of drug use maintained at a low level. The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS related knowledge increased from 77.0% in 2010 to 92.9% in 2014 among the pregnant women （P^end 〈 0. 001 ）. During the period, only two HIV positive cases were detected in 2011 and 2012 but the prevalence of syphilis increased from 0. 37% in 2010 to 0. 52% in 2014 （ Ptreno 〈 0. 05 ）. The prevalence of HCV was not significantly changed, with a fluctuation range between 0. 15 % and 0. 42% （Ptrend 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion HIV prevalence among pregnant women maintained at a low level in Liaoning province. However, the prevalence of syphilis increased from 2010 to 2014.
