摘  要:民办院校应有自己的特色,不应千校一面。民办院校办学特色趋同从"类特色"和模仿性两个角度分析具有合理性,但同时由于恶性的生源竞争、薄弱的师资力量、学校规划急功近利等原因造成趋同现象背后的盲目性,以品牌专业建设为突破口,重视培养毕业生的可雇佣性为理念,以"双师型"教师梯队为保障是消除民办高校办学特色中不合理性趋同的重要策略。A private-owned college should have its own characteristics,without a routine pattern observed. It is reasonable of the same characteristics in private-owned colleges with both category characteristics and copycat perspective. But beyond that,convergence is self-conscious because of a strong competition for resources of students,the weakness of teachers and seeking quick success and instant benefits. As to the blindness of the same characteristics,three methods are put forward: make the construction of the brand major as the breakthrough;overvalue and training graduates employability skills for the concept; ensured by double-qualified faculty team.
