摘　　要：国际大学生就业能力研究的热点问题主要集中在就业能力结构、提升途径、测量评估等方面;研究呈现四个趋势:一是研究视角由注重宏观、中观层面转向注重大学生本身微观层面;二是由静态研究转向动态研究;三是由短期就业能力研究转向长期的、终身发展的就业能力研究;四是研究动力由国家政策转向大学生成才、创业本身。研究存在理论基础薄弱、学科单一等问题,应加强多学科研究、能力评估与监测研究、分类研究等。The hot topics of research on employability of college students mainly focus on employability structure,improving way,measurement evaluation. Four trends of the study：first,research perspectives transfer to micro-level focus on college students＇ itself from the focus on macro,meso level;second,from static to dynamic research;third,turn attention to the development of long-term,lifelong employment capability study from the short-term employment capability study;fourth,the power of study from the national policy to university student,the startup. The research has such problems as theoretical foundation is weak,subject single;multidisciplinary research,competency assessment and monitoring research should be strengthened;also,more attention should be paid to classification research and guiding significance for employment practice.
