摘 要:文章对不同套管内管壁厚度的直热式空气源热泵热水器的性能进行试验研究,分析了不同套管内管壁厚度对套管换热器的传热面积、水流速度、传热系数、水系统阻力和热泵热水器的制热量、能效比等的影响。对5台不同套管直热式空气源热泵热水器进行试验的结果表明,设计适当的套管内管壁厚度,不仅提高了热泵热水器的能效比,而且增大了制热量,降低耗电量。当套管内管壁厚度为0.7 mm时,热泵热水器的能效比最大。The performance of the instantaneous air source heat pump water heaters which is made of the different double pipe heat exchangers respectively was studied,the influence of double pipe inner wall thickness on the heat transfer area, the flow velocity,the heat transfer coefficient, and the water system resistance of the double pipe heat exchanger were analyzed,and the influence of double pipe inner wall thickness on heat pump water heater performance was studied in this paper. The experimental results of 5 different instantaneous air source heat pump water heaters show that: the energy efficiency ratio of heat pump water heater is improved by the appropriate design of double pipe inner wall thickness, in addition,the heat capacity can be increased, and power consumption can be reduced. When the double pipe inner tube wall thickness is 0.7 mm,it is the highest energy efficiency ratio of heat pump water heater.
