摘　　要：内皮祖细胞（EPC）是一种多能干细胞,是内皮细胞的前体细胞,起源于骨髓.随着对EPC研究的深入,我们对其起源、类型及表面标志物等生物学特性及功能有了一定的了解,并且EPC在临床应用中有着广阔的前景.本文就EPC在移植与恶性血液病、心血管疾病（CVD）、糖尿病及实体瘤等疾病中的临床应用的研究进展作一综述.Endothelial progenitor cells （EPC）which derive from bone marrow are precursors of the endothelial cells.With more and more studies on EPC,we have acquired certain understanding on their functions and biological characteristics including the origin,types,and surface markers.EPC also have a broad prospect in clinical application.Here we review recent research progress on the clinical application of EPC in different diseases （CVD）,such as transplantation,malignant hematologic diseases,cardiovascular diseases,diabetes,solid tumors and so on.
