尿道注油法置管在优化男性导尿操作中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的评价尿道注油法置管在男性导尿术中的应用价值。方法将需要导尿的男性患者分为两组,使用传统方法进行置管的为对照组,在插入尿管前使用尿道注油方法置管的为试验组。比较两组患者置管一次成功率、尿道出血发生率、尿道疼痛感、尿路感染发生率。结果试验组尿道置管一次成功率99%,优于对照组的81.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组尿道出血发生率1.93%,明显低于对照组的9.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);尿道感染发生率4.05%,明显低于对照组10.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);患者疼痛感与对照组比较有明显差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论尿道注油法置管在男性导尿术中有明确应用价值,值得推广应用。Objective The application value of urethra oiling method in evaluating male urethral catheterization. Methods Male patients needed urethral catheterization were divided into two groups,using traditional methods of catheter as control group,using the urethra oiling ased test group. Comparison of two groups of patients with a success rate of catheterization,urethralbleeding,urinary pain,the incidence of urinary tract infection. Results The test group success rate was 99%,better than control group 81. 9%（ P〈 0. 01）; the test group urethral bleedingrate was 1. 93%,significantly lower than the control group9. 95%（ P〈 0. 01）; urinary tract infection rate was 4. 05%,significantly lower than control group 10. 81%（ P〈 0. 01）; the meidence of uring tract infection was lowesr than that of the control group,there was significant difference（ P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion in the male urethral catheterization in the urethra oilingmethod definite application value,it is worthy of popularization and application.
