摘 要:在ANSYS环境下采用APDL语言,通过对机车牵引齿轮轮齿端面齿廓曲线(即标准渐开线、齿根过渡曲线)和螺旋线形状的准确控制,完成了机车牵引齿轮对的标准渐开线斜齿轮精确模型的建立,并利用模型进行接触有限元仿真分析.在求出各修形参数后确定了修形曲线方程,对比齿廓修形前后在啮入、啮出位置的应力值,验证了齿廓修形可以很大程度改善齿轮冲击和应力集中,使齿轮传动更平稳.Using ANSYS parametric design language APDL and through accurate control of the transverse profile curve ( i. e. standard involute and fillet curve) and spiral line of locomotive traction gear, a precise standard involute helical gear model of locomotive traction gear is established, and contact finite element simulation analysis is carried out using the established model. After the parameter calculation the equation of the profile modification curve is determined. Comparing the stress value of the meshing and snapping position before and after profile modification, the tooth profile modification is verified that it can greatly improve the impact of the gear and the stress concentration and make the gear drives more stable.
