摘 要:建筑业与资源环境的协调发展是实现建筑业健康发展的重要途径,也是促进我国社会、经济可持续发展的重要内容之一。基于2008~2012年间中国大陆30个省域(除西藏)建筑业发展状况与其资源消耗环境影响的相关统计数据,通过协调发展度,对中国大陆30个省域建筑业与其资源消耗环境影响的协调发展水平进行测算及评价分析。研究结果表明:从省域的视角来看,中国大部分省域建筑业与其资源消耗环境影响的协调发展水平不高,情况并不乐观;从六大区域的视角来看,建筑业与其资源消耗环境影响的协调发展水平按"华东、东北、华北、西北、中南、西南"呈现明显递减的态势,实现两者协调发展任重而道远。The coordinated development between construction and resource- environment is an important way to achieve healthy development in the construction industry; it is also an important content to promote the sustainable development of Chinese society and economy. On the basis of statistical data of construction industry and resource consumption- environmental impact in China's 30 provinces( except Tibet) from 2008 to 2012,this dissertation used the coordinated development degree to calculate and estimate the level of the coordinated development between construction industry and resource consumption- environmental impact in China 's 30 provinces.The results show that: from the perspective of provinces,the level of development between construction industry and resource consumption- environmental impact was not high in most of Chinese provinces,the coordinated development was not optimistic; from the view of six regions,the development between construction and resource consumption- environmental impact showed a gradual decreasing trend in the order as follows: East China,Northeast,North China,Northwest,South central,Southwest. The coordinated development between them will still shoulder heavy responsibilities.
