摘 要:为了解吉林省规模化猪场猪群中沙门菌的携带、毒力基因分布及耐药性等情况,本试验于2013年间采集吉林省规模化猪场猪直肠拭子540份,经细菌分离、生化鉴定、分子生物学鉴定,共检出猪源沙门菌18株,检出率3.33%,同时对菌株进行药敏试验、毒力基因检测及致病性试验。结果显示,18株分离株对链霉素耐药率为72.22%,对四环素耐药率为72.22%,其他药物耐药率普遍高于22.2%,且多重耐药严重。此外,共检测10种毒力基因,其中sseC、spvA、spvR三种基因检出率分别为72.2%、72.2%、83.3%。小鼠致病性试验中,有11株分离株对小鼠具有较强的致病性(61.1%)。表明分离沙门菌存在多重耐药现象,且致病力的增强可能与毒力岛和毒力质粒的存在有关。To investigate the virulence genes and antibiotic susceptibility of swine Salmonella in Jilin Province,a total of 540 rectal swabs samples were collected from health pigs in scale farms in 2013 and 18 isolates of Salmonella were isolated which were identified by morphology,physical and chemical characteristics,susceptibility testing,virulence genes detection and pathogenicity.The results showed that the resistance rates were 72.22% to the drugs of STR and TET,respectively.Other resistance rates were generally higher than 22.2%,and most of the Salmonella isolates were multi-drug resistance.In addition,the positive rates of the virulence genes of sseC,spvA and spvR were 72.2%,72.2% and 83.3%,respectively.Moreover,11 isolates were proved to be pathogenic to mice(61.6%).The Salmonella isolated showed multiple-resistance to Antimicrobial Drugs.The increase of pathogenicity may relate to the plasmid virulence and some pathogenicity island.
